Mr. Broz received his Master of Arts from San Francisco State University, and continued graduate work at Stanford University. Prior to his graduate degree, he received his B.A. from the University of the Pacific.
     His experience encompasses extensive inolvement in university program development in Colombia, Saudia Arabia, Turkey, and Iran. Former experience includes work as Research Associate at the Center for Applied Linguistics, Washington, D.C.
     His areas of interest include cross-cultural communicating, socialinguistics, English as a foreign language, curricular design, and program evaluation.
